The Prati Vini company was founded by Cav. Domenico Prati in the early 1900s and is currently being managed by his sons. Located near Albinea, in the verdant area of La Noce, a prestigious wine-growing zone, the company diversified the production between two segments:
The first segment, destined to bottlers, includes white wines, red wines, red and white concentrated musts.
The second segment, dedicated to quality wines destined to catering and private use, includes Lambrusco IGP dry, Lambrusco IGP semi-dry, Malvasia Emilia sweet, Sauvignon Emilia, Casa Prati spumante brut (classic method).
It offers the trebbiano grape must, destined to the production of the traditional balsamic vinegar from Reggio Emilia, wines and musts,and concentrates as well.
