METHOD OF PRODUCTION: Traditional "Classic Method". 24 months maturation on yeasts.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour : straw-coloured.
Scent : clear, intense, fruity.
Flavour : dry, full-bodied, fragrant, harmonic, well balanced.
Perlage : fine and persistent.ALCOHOL CONTENT : 12,5 %
PAIRING: excellent as an aperitif, ideal for any mealtime.
STORAGE: store in a cool place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Best consumed before 2-3 years from the disgorgement date indicated on the back label.
